Reel Prompt Package Agreement
1. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
- Payment confirms your booking and secures your project slot.
2. Deliverables & Timeline
- You will receive 8 or 12 Reel prompts as outlined in your chosen package.
- Drafts will be delivered within 7 business days.
- Final files will be delivered within 7 business days after approval of drafts and any revisions.
3. Revisions
- You are entitled to 1 round of revisions per product.
- Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
4. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
- Once final payment is received, you have full ownership of all deliverables.
- Refreshing Socials retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, on social media, and marketing materials.
5. Refund Policy
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon work, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will not be provided for changes requested outside the scope of the original package.
6. Liability & Client Responsibilities
- We are not liable for outcomes related to your social media performance (e.g., engagement, reach).
- You agree to provide all necessary information, access, and feedback promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
7. Agreement Acceptance
- By completing payment for our services, you accept these terms and confirm your understanding of the project scope, payment, and timelines.
